|
|
I bought the Idromed 5 PS around this time last year. I used it consistently for about 3 weeks. However the device started to give me terrible electric shocks whenever I turned it off or took my hands out of the water. I'm using it at 15mA. I stopped using the machine as a result without having had a chance to see whether it would have worked for me! I was meticulous with drying and storage each time. I tried the device again today and got three of the same electric shocks and now have a burn/rash on my left hand. The shocks are very painful. I assume this isn't normal? I'm unsure what to do!? Please help. |

Dear Sherlock,
in this case, the best would be to send the machine for a checkup. I have contacted the manufacturer. I will get back to you, as soon as I know how we will handle this. _________________ You are welcome...

Dear Support,
I didn't hear anything back from you on this and I am really keen to return to machine for a check up. Can we arrange this?
Kind regards, |
