Hello! I really hope you can help me with this. I used PSP 1000 a few times, not enough to see or expect any results but enough to know that the machine technically worked. Then it just stopped detecting my hands. It turned on, showed "see" sign, showed the setting and when I put my hands in...nothing happened. The numbers on the display don't change and I certainly don't feel anything.
I tried turning it on and off and sometimes it would work and send the electricity and sometimes not. Now it never works. I let a few months pass and tried it again…and nothing again. My palms are sweaty so I am thinking it should detect them. I tried everything from here: https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/troubleshooting-idromed-5-device-doesnt-work-correctly-t135.html and still nothing Please let me know what can be done. Thank you! |

Hello!
That's really strange... Normally, if the therapy does not start, it's because of a too high body resistance to the current. Can you ask somebody to try to start the therapy for you/ in your place? If it still won't work, then you probably have to ship back the device for repair.
Please just let us know! _________________ You are welcome...

Hello, thanks for your responses. I tried having less water in the trays (barely to cover the area), and the machine started working again. I'll see how it goes. Thanks again. |
