No, you shouldn`t worry, but normally we recommend starting therapy just with regular tap water because these additions do not always increase effectiveness. Before adding something to the water, many users have first tried Volvic water.
So lower water level, increase treatment time and use Volvic water for some days and let us know if it goes better.
Yes, the entire electrode plates should be covered in water (about 5 mm over the plastic grids).

Should I worry about adding supplements to the water?
Also is it necessary for the entire metal plate to be covered in water?
