Hello Judicier,
The water temperature should be comfortable for you. We have customers who experience better results with cold water, others with warm water.
The water height depends on where you sweat,

On average, the Initial Treatment takes about 3 weeks. But it can take also less or a bit longer!
Just keep doing the daily treatments until you have reached your desired results!

I'm currently in the initial treatment phase on the fifth day using iontophoresis.
When i'm treating i should use warm tap water?
