Hello, Thank you very much for your interest in our products. First of all we would like to point out, that we always recommend taking a pulsed current machine, especially for children. Direct Current(DC) is very strong and can even be painful, pulsed current (PC) is very smooth and one almost doesn't feel it. Please read this post: https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/why-we-recommend-a-pc-machine-rather-than-a-dc-machine-t957.html As for the order, you can choose the machine with the US-Plug, so you can easily use it within the USA. If you want to treat her hands and feet simultaneously, you don´t need anything else. You can just place both hands in one tub and both feet in the other.
Post subject: Hidrex GS400 for my daughter
Good morning,
My daughter is 8 years old and suffers from Hyperhidrosis. Her dermatologist has recently prescribed for her Iontophoresis treatments and so we have ordered the Drionic. We recently received it and found that the way the trays are my daughter is unable to do the treatments because her hands and feet are too small and the current ends up hitting her arms and not getting her entire bottom of her feet so we have had to return it.
After research I found the Hidrex GS 400 device and feel this will be a good fit for her and her Hyperhidrosis.
I do have some questions, I want to order the machine, and we do reside in the USA so I want to ensure that I order the correct items that go with it, if anything additional is needed.
I do prefer to have additional tubs so she can do her feet and hands at the same time.
If someone could let me know what items to choose that would be great as we are very eager to try this product.
thank you so very much
