Sorry, but there is no special Idromed power plug for Australia.
In every land that sockets does not fit the European Standard Plug, you have to use a simple travel adaptor that fits for the EU-Plug.
Our stepup-convertor f.e. only fits the US socket, so if you are in Japan where the Voltage is 110 V too you maybe use additional a adaptor US/Japanese plug (However i dont know if Japanese use the same plug as in the USA).
In every country that provides 220-240V it is really important that you do not use any step up convertors!!!) These adaptors are really cheap and in every electronic store or do-it-yourself store (sometimes even in Supermarkets) available.
